No blacklist or credit rating
A search result is not a blacklist, credit score or recommendation to trade or refuse trade. A dispute may arise from genuine commercial disagreement. Legal-proceeding information records what a member reported and does not imply guilt, liability or final adjudication.
Independent verification required
Members must independently verify GST registration, identity, court status, payment conduct, documents and commercial references before acting. Obtain legal, financial or professional advice where appropriate. The platform does not guarantee payment, product quality, contractual performance, solvency or future conduct.
Corrections
A seller or affected business may challenge a record by emailing meetpatel.hmt@gmail.com with its GST certificate, the relevant facts and supporting records. We aim to respond within 7–15 working days. A record may be labelled “under review” while investigated.
